Matt’s Profile

Matt is the Founder of three sixty˚ Personal Training and takes care of clients in Manchester & Cheshire

Working with Matt has had an overwhelmingly positive effect on my health, weight, fitness and self-esteem. His three sixty degree approach, personally tailored to me, has boosted my energy levels, eliminated a whole host of digestive and mobility issues I’ve struggled with for years and generally left me feeling great.

Matt began his commitment to improve the health and fitness of his clients and those who visit his website in 2007 after a professional career in the pharmaceutical clinical research and development arena, notably in breast cancer, prostate cancer, respiratory diseases and obesity.

He is a specialist in delivering modern health management, having previously worked with a host of industry professionals to deliver innovative treatments to patients.

He has established an in depth knowledge of the mechanisms of the human body, the benefits, limitations and adverse effects of pharmaceutical products, and the important role positive health, fitness and nutrition plays in the prevention and management of chronic illness as well as helping you get into those old jeans!

Matt also has a huge passion for health, fitness and the outdoors, conquering the Annapurna Circuit & the Annapurna Sanctuary as well as the Langtang routes in the Nepali Himalaya, running the 2007 London Marathon and several half marathons as well as loving time spent in the gym.

After spending quite a bit of his late 20’s in India and Nepal amongst other places, Matt is also a student of Hinduism, Buddhism, meditation and yoga.

Matt is a qualified NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist – two of the most respected and recognised qualifications in the industry.
